President, Americas, Google Cloud
Kirsten is the president of Google Cloud Americas, where she leads sales, go-to-market, customer engagement, channel, and services organizations, with a focus on helping customers and partners digitally transform. At Google, she is the Global Chair of both the Aspiring Leadership Academy and Women@Google Cloud. Kirsten is a technology industry veteran, with extensive global business leadership and deep executive experience, ranging from startups to the largest technology companies in the world.
Prior to her current role, Kirsten was senior vice president at Red Hat and CEO of Yardarm Technologies and Scaling Ventures. At Yardarm, she built industry-leading IoT (Internet of Things) edge software and hardware to support and protect first responders. Earlier in her career, Kirsten spent 25 years at Microsoft, where she was part of the executive leadership team and held numerous executive positions in sales, OEM, partner, and channels. She also served as corporate vice president of the Customer Support, Success and Professional Services organization, where she led more than 10,000 employees globally. At Microsoft, Kirsten was the recipient of the prestigious Founders Award for her leadership and contributions to the business.
Kirsten lives in Florida and is active in her local startup communities. She is a founding board member in Techbridge and the Digital Ball and currently serves on the board of directors of Labcorp.
