Chandu Thota leads the Google Workspace engineering organization which helps billions of users and millions of customers across the world to create, communicate, collaborate and get work done with the help of AI in a secure and reliable manner.
Chandu has filed and been awarded numerous patents in the mobile, web, local search and mapping technology areas. He is also a published author of two technical books. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University.
Chandu spent his childhood along the beautiful coastal villages in South India before moving to Hyderabad for undergrad and now resides in the Bay Area with his family.
