Vice President, Communications, Google Cloud
Jane Hynes joined Google in 2017 and serves as vice president of communications at Google Cloud, where she leads the communications strategy and execution for the business. She also chairs the Google Communications and Public Affairs council for diversity, equity and inclusion, a group committed to supporting underrepresented groups across Google’s global communications organization.
Prior to Google, Jane spent more than 14 years at Salesforce where she served as senior vice president of Communications, leading the company’s global communications team during a time of significant growth.
Jane’s contributions to the communications field are widely-recognized. She is the past recipient of PRWeek’s Small Corporate Communications Team of the Year, Best Places to Work in US PR, the PRWeek 40 under 40, Provoke Media’s (formerly Holmes Report) In2’s Innovator 25, and PRWeek’s Women of Distinction 2022.
She received a bachelor degree in biology from Santa Clara University.
