Vice President of GTM Strategy and Operations
Kelly Ducourty is Google Cloud’s Vice President of GTM Strategy and Operations (COO), responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy, from defining the markets in which Google Cloud operates -including supporting M&A - to running the day to day operations of the business.
Kelly has over 22 years’ experience leading field-facing teams. Before joining Google Cloud, she oversaw global accounts, specialist sales and pre-sales organizations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a Fortune 500 Global technology company with over $30B in Sales. Most recently, Kelly was the Senior Vice President leading the WW Sales Excellence organization.
She has worked not only in enterprise sales, but also in service delivery and IT transformation. Her experience spans managing large sales teams and directly delivering a revenue number, to managing every front and back office function that enables and accelerates revenue and go-to-market productivity.
Kelly is the Vice President of the board of C2C, Google Cloud’s independent customer community, a Board Member for the British Benevolent Society in Northern California, and the Vice Chair of the American Cancer Society in San Francisco. From 2020 to 2022, Kelly also served on the board of Fortinet, a market leading security company. She is passionate about STEM+C education and career development for young women.
