Matt Renner
As President of North America and Global Startups, Matt Renner is responsible for leading Google Cloud’s go-to-market organization in North America, inclusive of sales, customer engineering, consulting and the partner ecosystem. He is focused on helping enterprise, mid-market and small to mid-sized businesses in the region. Additionally, Matt is responsible for global startups, ensuring Google is helping the next generation of transformational companies accelerate their growth around the world. Previously, Matt served as Chief Operating Officer for go-to-market.
Matt brings more than 25 years of sales and technology experience to Google Cloud. He formerly served as President of the U.S. Enterprise business at Microsoft and also held a number of senior leadership roles at both Salesforce and Oracle Corporation.
Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and sits on the Moody College Advisory Board. He splits his time between Chicago and Atlanta with his wife and three children, and gives back to the local technology community, including volunteering with the P33 and World Business Chicago organizations and sitting on the Board of Directors for 1871.
