Enterprise Executive known for her passion in helping organizations and talent connect their purpose with their passions to enable exponential professional and personal growth. Tracey's purpose is to help individuals recognize something in themselves for tomorrow that they may not realize is even possible today.

With a 20+ year career, Tracey has worked globally in both the private and public sector across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Technology, Transportation, Entertainment and Manufacturing with organizations such as Google, SAP, Coast Capital Savings, Air Canada and the Vancouver Canucks. Known for her global thought leadership in identifying and developing talent, Tracey is passionate about building a strong corporate culture that connects people with their organization’s purpose in support of a superior customer and employee experience.

As a Vice President of People Operations within Cloud at Google, Tracey’s passion for building a culture of customer empathy, in direct support of business growth, is a key focus for her and her team.  Tracey ensures that the people strategy is in support of delivery of key business objectives and supports future strategic growth as she partners with Cloud's C-suite . Prior to her role at Google, Tracey served as Chief Member Experience Officer and Head of Community Leadership for Coast Capital Savings, Canada’s largest national credit union where she focused on building and delivering a differentiated customer experience for the organization’s 500,000+ members.

Prior to moving into a customer-facing executive role, Tracey spent the majority of her career in human resources working with executives on their talent strategies in direct support of delivering their business strategy. Known for prioritizing strong business acumen, Tracey believes that a deep understanding of the business she is working with is critical to the development of a talent strategy to truly enable organizational and customer success. With over 10 years of experience with global enterprise software company SAP, Tracey has worked across all areas of HR as a Global Business partner for the technology divisions and as a Centre of Excellence leader. This is where she oversaw global Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management for the organization.

Giving back to the community is a core value for Tracey. Supporting children and families battling pediatric cancer is an important personal priority for her, as is her work in championing women at all stages of their careers. Tracey is the past Chair of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon and currently chairs the HR Committee of the Board for the British Columbia Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business Advisory Board. She is also a speaker on topics related to women in leadership and has facilitated sessions in Europe, Asia, and across North America. As the founder of Coast Capital’s international volunteer program, Power to the World, Tracey was able to take her passion for supporting the development of women to countries around the world and was most recently in Nepal working with the country’s largest women’s co-operative.

Tracey holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Simon Fraser University and lives with her husband and two children in North Vancouver.
